However, He has no idea what the man actually looks like. The only information he has is that the man is Caucasian and is about 6'0 with brown hair. Records report his eye color is green, but never can rely on records when it comes to certain things. Any person who fits that description Tango will take a very close look at and maybe even cut that person to taste their blood.
His first stomping grounds will be Queens starting in the last known location of his target. Nonetheless, He will travel throughout New York searching for XXXXXX.
