Joseph Whitmore Alison Whitmore
Joseph smiled slightly as he eyed his sleeping daughter. She was everything to him. There was no doubt, no question about that. Joseph would have done anything to keep her safe. The older man was not about to lose her, regardless of some bullshit apocalyptic world they were now living in. It sucked, there was no question about that. But there was no such thing as giving up. There was no question about it to be completely honest. Joseph had no doubt that he and Ali would both survive this. There'd be no second guessing and eventually, there'd be no more of this bullshit. They'd find a way out soon enough. The older man knew that they could do it. Even though he was past his prime, there was no question that Joseph could not survive this. He'd been though enough in his life, there was no way he was going to let this bullshit stip him. There wasn't a chance in hell that Joseph was going to let anything stop him from protecting his baby girl. He was determined to keep her safe and that was all Joseph was concerned with.
Alison stirred and opened her eyes slightly as she looked to her father. She knew that she needed to sleep, but so did her father... She'd wanted him to sleep first, but he'd insisted... What had ensued was a bit of a fight over nothing more than the fact that neither of them liked to be told what to do. Eventually Alison gave in... She knew that her father was only trying to help her. However, the young woman couldn't help but to believe that things weren't going to work out for them. Here they were, holed up in a freaking convenience store. The entrance was hardly secured at all and anyone could have walked right in... Joseph claimed that they had the advantage and would not be taken so easily. Their position was fortifiable and definitely good in an ideal setting...
The older man eyed his daughter with a smile on his face. "How'd you sleep, sweetie?" Alison smiled slightly... She was annoyed at her father, but there was just something about that smile of his that got to her. "It was okay... As well as anyone can in this city... You should rest now, I'll stand watch..." Though, as soon as Alison finished speaking, Joseph's ears perked up... Something moved outside the convenience store. Joseph moved his finger to his mouth, to show Alison that he wanted quiet. The young woman quickly grabbed her pistol and held it firmly while she waited to see what was happening. The older man gripped his shotgun fiercely as he stood behind a rack of food, aiming his gun towards the entrance. If anyone was coming in, Joseph would be the first to see them.

Queens, New York XXXXXXX aka Tango
Tango was a natural born hunter being able to hunt during anytime of the day. He did prefer to hunt at night as all sounds travel farther through the darkness. Plus the chances of a zombie sneaking up on him was slim. He treated the whole situation like it was one of his covert ops keeping a low profile not trying to draw any attention to himself. He moved at swift smooth place going from cover to cover checking out all the types of stores around him. He had a feeling if anyone were gonna hold themselves during this disaster event they would either be around a gun store, medical facility, and any type of convenience store where food was available. He stopped behind a burned out SUV noticing a couple of undead wandering the streets. His legs were covered by a pair of black cargo pants that hung over his black Oakley boots. On his right leg was a thigh holster holding his custom HK 45 caliber pistol with two extra magazines filled with Hydra shock rounds. Around his waist behind his back were two Kimber Raptor pistols that were actually quiet loud giving a distinct sound when fired. His upper body was covered by a black t-shirt with writing that clung to his lean and muscular figure. Attached to his back and around his shoulders was a customized vest holster that held six throwing knives while leaving his two black machetes on his back. One handle sticking up while the other one pointed to the ground giving him multiple ways of unsheathing them quickly giving any situation. The last article of clothing was a thick leather 3/4 trench-coat that went down to his knees keeping all of his weapons hidden. However, His leg holster could easily be seen when he is moving around. Against his belt was a detachable clip that held the samurai sword his uncle gave him when he was younger. His honey brown eyes with red hue looked across the street noticing a convenience store wanting to check it out, but first he would have to take care of the three zombies between him and the store. He didn't want their growls causing unnecessary attention. He stepped out behind the SUV running fast and low his steps silent as he unsheathed the blade decapitating the first zombie while its back was turn. While the head was spinning up in the air heading towards the ground, Tango had already reached the second slicing downward at the neck exiting out of the armpit taking the arm with it. The head of the first zombie hit the ground the same time as the body of the second zombie split in three. He glared at the last zombie standing just outside of the convenience store. It waddled like a penguin turning around to face him as he begun to charge with his blade ready to take its head. For almost a second the sound of the undead could be heard in the streets before the sound of silence took the streets by storm. The large zombie hit the ground with a thud breaking the silence for a second. Tango slung the blood off his blade before sliding it back into the iron sheath making a soft cling. He closed his eyes for a second letting out a breath of relaxation. He slowly stepped inside of the convenience store not wanting to startle someone if they were inside of the store. He had only been there for a couple of days and noticed that people were quick on the trigger. He scanned the store once stepping in noticing a shadowy figure in the back. However the stance of the shadow was holding some type of rifle or shotgun. Even though his eyes detected a lot at night they were only good when light was present. Which was why he hated caves and love the moon and stars. He lifted both of his hands up in the air, his right hand was covered with a black glove that clung to his hand tightly. "Gentlemen with the gun pointed at me...I have no intentions of harming you and whoever else is back there with you...I am just looking for someone, besides if you fire that gun inside of here it will echo like an explosion causing a swarm to converge on this store." His voice was soft and smooth speaking at a pitch just loud enough for the gentlemen to hear him. Tango knew he would have to reason with anyone he came across not to shoot because of the sound the gun gave off. His raptor pistols behind his back would never be drawn unless a large swarm is already on them because the loud distinct sounds the gun gave off would travel through out the city. He did have a silencer rifle back with his bags and gear he hide up on a roof. Though by caring something that decked out would raise more suspicion then him carrying around blades and pistols.
